The non-governmental organization " Kosovo Experts Group - KOEG" has started the implementation of the project "Professional Advancement and Socio-Economic Uplift: Training for women and young people in search of employment opportunities", this project is financed by the Ministry of Regional Development.
This project aims to raise the awareness and awareness of young people and women for capacity building in the field of socio-economic development through the provision of free professional training for Soft Skills, with the aim of creating an easier approach to the labor market.
This project will benefit young people and women aged 18-40 from the region of Pristina and the region of Mitrovica.
The duration of the training will be 3 days, while the modules that will be elaborated are:
Soft skills and their importance in the labor market, effective communication, active listening, leadership and teamwork.
Critical thinking, problem solving skills, work ethic, emotional intelligence, positive attitude.
The Importance of Career Orientation (Self-Assessment), Finding a source of employment, Preparing a CV, preparing for an interview, writing a cover letter, socializing at work.
